Transfer plates from Panconi
Robot technology in industry 4.0 is able to give answers to high innovation and high efficiency. We have in fact created several robotic islands for handling large format slabs, in particular, the machine for transferring from Panconi to crates and vice versa, has the function of being able to fill wooden crates or metal containers with semi-finished slabs from the oven outlet. These boxes can then be placed for storage in the square outside the sheds, freeing production space within the departments. subsequently, thanks to the decanting island, the crates can be emptied and the plates are repositioned in the automatic lines for final processing and packaging according to commercial programs.
